Its paste is uniform and compact, its color varies from white to straw yellow.
Its crust is thin, with a soft consistency and white color, with characteristic molds of white penicillium color. Its taste is sweet, with a very slight bitter hint. Its flavor and smell are those strong and characteristic of goat’s-milk products.
Its square parallelepiped shape has an average weight which varies from 1,8 to 2,0 Kg.
