Goat’s Ricotta

Lean and digestible, goat’s ricotta is rich in beneficial properties.
Dairy product made from goat’s milk whey and salt, ideal to consume as cheese or as an ingredient to use in the kitchen for fillings and for the preparation of many dishes. The paste is soft and crumbly, white in colour, has no rind, the taste is fresh and delicate with a slightly acidic streak.

Compared to cow’s ricotta it is leaner and more digestible, rich in active ingredients that reactivate the metabolism. Given the greater tolerability for the intestine, consumption is recommended for people intolerant to cow’s milk proteins, goat cheese in fact nourishes, does not inflame and deflates the abdomen.
Our goat’s ricotta is produced for sale in packs of approximately 300 g. and 1200 gr.
