Historic product of Casera Monaci, Burro Valle Imagna (Imagna Valley Butter) is a hand-made product made with selected milk, coming from the valley with the same name. It has a compact, soft consistency, easily spreadable. It has a flat, homogeneous surface, straw yellow color and the characteristic pleasant smell of mountain butter cream.
Obtained from the pasteurization of serum cream, exclusively of local production, draws very close to the classic mountain cottage butter with quality higher than standard butter.
Excellent to eat raw spreading it on the bread, it’s perfect to cream first courses or for any cuisine preparation of which you want to enhance the characteristics.
With a parallelepiped shape, our hand-made Imagna Valley butter is available in small pats of 250 g., 500 g., 1000 g and pats of 13 kg.
