Made exclusively with whole cow’s-milk coming from the mountains of the Imagna Valley, the Formagella Valle Imagna has a sweet, delicate taste but typically characteristic.
Its crust is smooth and of yellowish color, its paste soft with light, with uniform holes. It is produced with raw milk, that guarantees high organoleptic characteristics of taste.
Its aging lasts about 30/40 days and gives a great flavor that leaves an aftertaste difficult to compare to the palate. The Formagella Valle Imagna is made and sold in cylindrical wheels with an average weight of about 1,8 kg.
