A cheese typically aromatic, with a soft paste, produced with pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet and salt. It has a straw yellow paste which becomes golden, soft and compact with aging. The thin, rough crust produced with thermised milk which guarantees its wholesomeness and keeps high organoleptic characteristics of taste, varies from white to intense yellow with aging.
Strachinél de Claness is sold in square wheels with an average weight which varies from 0,40 to 0,50 kg.
